Alex and Buddy were busy letting pigletts out of the bags they'd been in, putting them in our 'piggery' area. They used to raise pigs here and have a very efficient clean place for them. It can be hosed out and all the water runs to a septic system. We now have twelve piglets to be fattened up at our house. In
January a couple of them will be roasted for a family reunion and the rest for the Norwood Cares year end celebration.

I keep thinking wouldn't it be nice to caretake one of these homes for the owners?
Seems like not a bad gig to me. |
Anita took me to a friend’s house in Brgy. TaoTaon so I
could go swimming in the sea. I did some snorkeling and saw a few pieces of
coral with a few little fish hovering around. It’s a very nice place on the
water with no one living there but a caretaker. The grounds are well maintained
with flowering trees, shrubs, orchids and other flowers. Like so many of the
nice homes here, the owners live and work overseas and have someone caretake
the homes in their absence. They come home only to visit. Many keep the homes
for when they retire and return home.

I like the big shells in this shrine |
Next door there’s a man making furniture out of old tires.
We have one on our terrace where I sit like a queen every day.
